1. What kind of substrates do you offer for your wallpaper?

Our substrates are Perfect Paper (Nolar), Gold Glow (Gold Mylar), Silver Shimmer (Silver Mylar), Canvas (Type II Textured Vinyl), Grass Cloths and Corks. You can view all of our substrates here.

2. How is your wallpaper printed?

Our wall coverings are digitally printed on Nolar (non-woven fibers and wood pulp) - a PVC-Free, eco-friendly Type I (15 oz) ground with a smooth surface that yields crisp text and saturated graphics; on Canvas/Textured Vinyl - a Type II (20 oz) highly durable and washable ground with a textured finish rated for commercial use; and on gold and silver Mylar - a reflective Type II (20 oz) metallic ground with a smooth surface, and rated for commercial use including retail, hospitality, corporate, restaurants, and others. We also print on Grass Cloths and Corks, both rated for commercial use.

3. How big is a roll?

Our Nolar, Canvas, and Mylar wallpapers are 54" wide and can have up to 45 feet on a continuous roll. The image area is 52" wide. Our Grasscloth and Cork substrates are 34" wide with a 32" wide image area.

4. What is the minimum order?

A minimum order is 100 square feet. So at 54" wide, you would receive approximately 22.25'  of paper on a continuous roll.

5. What is the lead time?

Samples are strongly recommended prior to ordering. Samples take 1-3 weeks depending on stock and cost $15 plus shipping. Lead time for orders after sample approval is usually 2-4 weeks.

6. Can you do rush orders?

Yes, as long as the grounds are in stock.

7. Can I change the colors or scale of your patterns?

Yes! Sarah is happy to work with you on color variations and scale changes. PMS colors are usually the best way to specify your desired color-ways. There is a $300-750 charge for creating new art incorporating these changes.

8. How do I know how much I need?

9. How do I clean my wallpaper?

Paper: Paper wallpaper is lightly wipeable with a clean, damp cellulose sponge. Textured Vinyl: Textured vinyl wallpapers are 20 ounces and very durable & washable. Mylars: Gold & Silver mylar is a sensitive ground that should be wiped with a clean, dry cloth as needed. Grasscloth and Cork can be vacuumed, or wiped with a clean, dry cloth.

10. How is the wallpaper installed?

All of our wall coverings are traditionally applied with paste to the paper; or if the paper is sensitive, with paste to the wall. Use standard commercial wall covering pastes/primers and techniques. To remove excess adhesive from the grounds during installation, do not rub, or allow the vinyl adhesive to dry on the surface as it may leave a white residue. Wash off excess paste from face of wallcovering as you hang it with a cellulose sponge. The cellulose sponge must be rinsed in clean water after every use. Blot dry with a clean cloth.

11. Can I use wallpaper in a bathroom?

Our Type II Canvas (textured vinyl) ground is very durable and suitable for bathroom environments.

12. Are your wall coverings eco-friendly?

Our wall coverings are PVC & POA (Olefin) Free, contain no Plasticizers, no Phthalates, no Formaldehyde, no Chlorine, no Halogen, no Heavy Metals, including: Cadmium, Mercury, Lead, or Zinc; and no Ozone Depleting Chemicals. Our paper is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) sourced Recyclable* Breathable** -very high permeability rating of 66 Perms based on ASTM E96 dry cup method with no harmful off gassing and Low Voc emitting.

13. Can this wallpaper be used in commercial applications?

Yes! All of our grounds are CLASS "A" FIRE RATED. Our paper is Type I (15 oz), and our textured vinyl and mylar grounds are Class II (20 oz). 

14. Can you accommodate large volume orders?

We sure can!

15. Do you accept returns?

Because all of our wall coverings are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a defect in the paper itself.

16. How is your wallpaper shipped?

Our papers are wound print side out on a 3" core. They are shipped in a heavy cardboard tube or tubes.
